Pro Power Onboard

E-Transit lets you power tools wherever work takes you. Pro Power Onboard delivers 2.3kW of power without requiring a generator. So, you can plug your drills, saws, laptops, and most hand tools into the onboard socket and get to work.

SYNC 4

SYNC 4 is a cloud-connected infotainment system, with advanced route planning and conversation voice recognition. It comes with wireless smartphone integration, a new 12” touchscreen and a whole lot more.

FordPass

The E-Transit comes fitted with an embedded modem known as FordPass Connect. Using the FordPass App on your smartphone5, you can locate your vehicle6, lock and unlock the doors, and even start the engine remotely to heat or cool the cabin to the last known setting5.

Exterior

Increased power

With an estimated driving range of up to 304km1, E-Transit is perfect for urban environments and fixed drive routes. The peak output of 198kW and 430Nm of torque actually makes it the most powerful Transit currently available. Plus, E-Transit’s drive modes are tailored to the electric drive train, with a special Eco Mode that aims to provide an 8-10% improvement in energy usage, maximising driving range.

Uncompromised capability

The E-Transit’s intelligently designed battery sits underneath the main body of the electric van to maximise room. This allows for cargo capacity of up to 15 cubic metres3, identical to that of its full-size diesel counterpart. The E-Transit has a gross vehicle mass of up to 4.25 tonnes, with a targeted payload of 1,601 kg4.

Fast charging

E-Transit features both AC charging and DC fast-charging. The on-board 11.3kW charger delivers a 100 per cent charge in a little over 8 hours2. Using a 115kW high-power DC fast-charger, E-Transit can top-up the battery from 15 per cent to 80 per cent in around 34 minutes2.

Independent Rear Suspension

The rear suspension of the E-Transit has been redesigned to maximise carrying capacity and improve performance. You can carry up to 1,601 kg4 of cargo, and the heavy duty independent rear suspension will improve handling and traction in both laden and unladen conditions.
